For wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings (thaw if frozen)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
For sauce:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup of Frank’s Red Hot Original buffalo sauce (or similar brand)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
- Pat dry chicken wings. In large bowl, coat wings in oil along with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Combine until wings are evenly covered. Set in fridge.
