Ingredients:
- Bacon Fat or Lard, 2 Tablespoons
- Yellow Onion, 1/3 of onion
- Garlic, 4 cloves
- Brown Sugar, 1 Cup
- Cider Vinegar, 1 Cup
- Ketchup, Natural, 2 Cups
- Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp
- Mustard Powder, 1 Tsp
- Sea Salt, 1 Tsp
- Pepper, 1 Tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce, 4 Dashes
Instructions:
- Heat sauce pan over medium heat, add Fat. Stir, add Onion for 6-8 minutes. Add Garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add Brown Sugar for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Apple Cider Vinegar, Ketchup, Paprika, Mustard Powder, Salt & Pepper. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire Sauce, Simmer 1 minute.
- Transfer sauce to a blender. Pulse once or twice, then high speed for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.
